Welcome Back to the Meyerson!

We have composed a plan for your safety and enjoyment! When you join us at the Meyerson, expect the following safety and health procedures:

  • The concert will be one hour long, with no intermission.
  • All attendees must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose.
  • We will offer voluntary temperature checks in the lobby when you arrive at the Meyerson.
  • We ask that you arrive at the specific time indicated on your ticket confirmation e-mail.
  • Enter through the designated door and use only the specific restroom detailed in the e-mail. This is to ensure that no other patrons get in your safe space, and you don’t get in theirs.
  • We will have contactless ticketing to further minimize close interactions.
  • Your seats will not be near other attendees.
  • We will stagger attendee departure times.
  • The Meyerson will NOT offer food or beverages.
  • You will be permitted to bring water into the concert hall.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the Meyerson for your convenience.
  • The Meyerson Center is now equipped with HEPA air filters, and the hall is deep cleaned between every concert.
  • Valet parking will only be available for those patrons displaying official Handicap License Plates or placards.

The COVID-19 situation is fluid, and the Dallas Winds is committed to your health and safety.

We will follow current governmental guidelines and safety recommendations to assure you an enjoyable concert experience.
