Fiesta Sinfónica
We start our season off in international style with Latin flare and plenty of fanfare. The Winds will perform two works by renowned Mexican composer Arturo Márquez, including his famous Danzon No. 2 and one exciting world premiere performance of his exciting new Symphony No. 5. And The University of Texas at Austin’s Mariachi Paredes will join the band for Reed’s La Fiesta Mexicana. This show promises to be muy caliente!
