Welcome Back to the Meyerson!
We have composed a plan for your safety and enjoyment! When you join us at the Meyerson, expect the following safety and health procedures:
- The concert will be one hour long, with no intermission.
- All attendees must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose.
- We will offer voluntary temperature checks in the lobby when you arrive at the Meyerson.
- We ask that you arrive at the specific time indicated on your ticket confirmation e-mail.
- Enter through the designated door and use only the specific restroom detailed in the e-mail. This is to ensure that no other patrons get in your safe space, and you don’t get in theirs.
- We will have contactless ticketing to further minimize close interactions.
- Your seats will not be near other attendees.
- We will stagger attendee departure times.
- The Meyerson will NOT offer food or beverages.
- You will be permitted to bring water into the concert hall.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the Meyerson for your convenience.
- The Meyerson Center is now equipped with HEPA air filters, and the hall is deep cleaned between every concert.
- Valet parking will only be available for those patrons displaying official Handicap License Plates or placards.
The COVID-19 situation is fluid, and the Dallas Winds is committed to your health and safety.
We will follow current governmental guidelines and safety recommendations to assure you an enjoyable concert experience.
